You're buying fuel anyway. Sign up for the big chains' free driver programs and that fill-up also gets you a free shower — and at TA/Petro, sometimes a free meal. That's how you get from A to B paying for nothing but fuel.

Programs change. Each section shows where the details come from and when we last checked. Always confirm in the chain's app.

Pilot Flying J — myRewards Plus (Pro Driver)

  • 🚿 1 free shower credit for every 50+ gallon diesel fill. Credits expire 10 days after you earn them.
  • 🚿 Fuel 1,000+ diesel gallons in a month → one free shower a day for the rest of that month and all of the next.
  • Without a credit, a shower costs about $12 (varies by location).
  • 🎖 Veterans & military: 10% off food and drinks at company-owned stores after a one-time ID.me check in the app.
    Veterans Day 2026 (Wed, Nov 11): Free sandwich plus coffee or fountain drink for veterans and active-duty service members verified through ID.me, claimed in the Pilot app, at participating Pilot and Flying J locations.
  • 🅿 Reserved "Prime Parking" spots can be paid for in the app at many stores. Pilot doesn't publish a policy on free, unreserved truck parking.

Love's Travel Stops — Love's Rewards

  • 🚿 1 free shower after every 50 gallons. Check in for showers in the Love's Connect app.
  • 🚿 Platinum (1,000+ gallons a month): free daily showers.
  • ⭐ Points on fuel (1–4 per gallon depending on your monthly tier) and in-store purchases; 100 points = $1 to spend like cash. Points are a discount, not counted as "free" on our map.
  • 🅿 Love's says its truck parking is free for customers.

TA / Petro / TA Express — UltraONE

  • 🎟 1 UltraCredit for each 60+ gallon fill (one a day, hold up to 10). Credits last 7 days (10 days at MAX Gear).
  • 🚿 Use a credit for a free shower.
  • 🍽 MAX Gear members can use a credit for a meal up to $17 — or reserved parking — instead.
  • 🅿 TA caps paid parking at half its spaces, so free truck parking is always offered. At gated lots: 2 hours free, then a fee unless you buy 60+ gallons or spend $30 (then up to 24 hours free).
